Gulfood 2023 was one of the largest annual food and hospitality trade shows in the world, held in Dubai. The event typically featured exhibitors from around the world showcasing a wide range of food and beverage products, as well as equipment and services for the hospitality industry. Visitors and exhibitors from various F&B business sectors attend the Gulfood exhibition. Manufacturers, dieticians, well-known chefs, hotel and restaurant owners, caterers, government and food procurement authorities, and specialized media may all be found at the Dubai F&B trade event. The Gulfood event facilitates local entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized companies to strengthen their relations and connect with international companies, buyers and vendors, government and trade delegations; as well as share experiences and knowledge on the growing F&B sector in Dubai. The EUNIQUE project participated in the exhibition Gulfood 2023. The exhibition took place from 20 to 24 February 2023, at Dubai World Trade Center in Dubai-UAE, Booth No S3-H3. The aim was to promote the high quality European PDO/PGI products from Greece and Cyprus being produced with the highest quality and food safety standards and reach as many consumers as possible to increase the awareness of the product and offer them the opportunity to savor the European products' exceptional taste. More than 5.000 exhibitors and 95.000 attendees participated in the exhibition.
